Sergeant Billy Randolph's Bottle Fundraiser PRESALE

This bottle is to commemorate Sergeant Billy Randolph of the Fort Worth Police Department who was killed in the line of duty on August 12, 2024. 1/3 of the proceeds of each bottle sale will be donated to Billy's family through "Assist The Officer". 

To make it possible to donate the maximum amount to the family, all bottle sales are going through the distillery. In the state of Texas distilleries are only allowed to sell 4 bottles of spirits to each customer every 30 days. You will not be allowed to enter more than 4 bottles into your cart, and you should adjust if you know you have already purchased bottles from Giant Texas Distillers tasting room in the last 30 days (retail purchases are unlimited). State law requires that the distillery keep a record of individual's purchases by capturing each person's driver's license number and the state it was issued in. Unfortunately, it is not legal for the distillery to allow you to purchase bottles without capturing this information, so know we respect your privacy and are only requesting the information required by law. There is a team of local officers who are coordinating this fundraiser effort, and they will be working with those who purchase bottles to make sure they can either pick up their bottle at the distillery, or have a friend pick up for them when they are getting their bottles.

This bottling is a 6 year straight bourbon whiskey. Distilled in Indiana at MGP, and aged there for 5 years. Then it was moved to Houston TX and aged for at least another year, which rapidly changed the bourbon into a complex and balanced spirit. The mashbill is 75% corn, 21% rye, and 4% malted barley. It is cask strength and non chill filtered.  Since this is a presale link, we do not know what the final proof will be, but past batches were between 114-122 proof. This commemorative bottling was done in collaboration with The Prideful Goat whiskey brand, and is the same liquid that is in their standard 6 year bourbon offering.
